200ml Headlight Repair Fluid

Our high-concentration repair fluid comes in a 200ml bottle, capable of repairing 16 to 20 headlights. This fluid features a high-density transparent layer and is known for its hardness, temperature resistance, and longevity.

Crafted with stainless steel and a vacuum insulation layer, the nebulizer cup ensures efficient heat isolation, preventing burns. The cup heats quickly, boiling in just 2-3 minutes.

Using Sandpaper Effectively

Follow this order for sandpaper usage: 180# - 280# - 320# - 600# - 800# - 1200#. Change the sanding direction each time you switch sandpaper to ensure even polishing, requiring more than half an hour for the best results.

Addressing Common Problems

Headlight issues like yellowing stem from the polycarbonate material exposed to sunlight and heat, which accelerates oxidation. Over time, the headlights may dim due to prolonged usage causing plastic aging, while dust and debris can scratch the surface. Aging and high-powered bulbs may lead to cracks, diminishing illumination.

Usage Instructions

Polishing Phase:

1. Clean the light surface with a soft cloth.
2. Apply masking tape around the headlights to protect the paint.
3. Ensure the surface stays wet during sanding.
4. Polish evenly for over half an hour, alternating sandpaper types and directions each time.
5. Once finished, dry the lamp surface with a clean towel.

Fumigation Phase:

1. Pour a third of the repair fluid into the heating cup, and heat for 5-10 minutes until smoke appears.
2. Hold the air outlet 1cm away from the headlight surface, moving smoothly from the edge.
3. Allow the surface to dry naturally without moving the heating cup.
4. After completion, turn off the power, wait a couple of minutes, and collect any remaining repair fluid using the funnel.

Important Reminders

Polish carefully for the best results. After fumigation, avoid touching the area for two hours, and refrain from washing the vehicle or turning on the lights.

For outdoor usage, avoid windy conditions to prevent material dispersal. Keep the product away from sunlight and store it in a cool location. Follow all safety measures during application, ensuring the product is not ingested or inhaled.
